Pick up incoming requests
Our tools take requests from email, text messages, support tickets, Jira and even a client’s Google Sheet.

Work out what’s needed
They ask you about anything they can’t work out from the request. They can also draft a question for your client, for you to review.

Make the changes
Our tools make the changes on a clickable staging copy, using whatever the site is already built with, including Gutenberg, Elementor and the classic editor.

Review the change
AI reviewers check the change before you see it. Open the staging copy, try it out and approve it for your client.

Draft the client reply
After you approve the change, our tools draft a reply with a link to the staging copy for your client to review and approve.

Put the change live
After your client approves, the change goes onto the live site. You can also push it live yourself at any point.
How a request gets done
A request can be a bug fix, an update, a new feature, a content change, or nearly anything short of a full plugin.
We don’t fully trust AI either
We don’t really trust AI. That’s why we’ve built a truly ridiculous amount of researchers, planners, auditors, reviewers, as well as custom agents for popular plugins.
Even with all of those checks and balances, you’re always in control. That means you can review and approve every step of the way. That being said, as you get more used to the quality of the output, you can configure what you review and what gets done automatically.

Every page builder
Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi or whatever else the site is built with, we support it. Our system automatically catalogs and learns about new plugins as it finds them so you can use all your existing themes or plugins.
Transparent to your users
When your client gets a link to the staging copy or a question, it comes from your agency, through the channels you already use. Your client never sees us, and you can approve every message before it goes out.

Your plan includes maintenance for your client sites and reports under your agency’s name.
Client reports
Your clients get reports on the work done on their sites, on a schedule, with your agency’s name, logo and colours on them. You can add work you did outside our tools too.
Security monitoring
Every 6 hours, our tools check each site’s WordPress, plugins and theme for known security flaws and flag the updates that fix them. We can also require two-factor logins for admins and limit login attempts.
Smart updates
Plugin, theme and WordPress core updates. Each update is tested, with visual regression checks that compare how the site looks before and after.
Daily error and performance fixes
Every day, our tools check your client sites for errors and performance problems and prepare the fixes, starting on day one.
Broken links and images
Every page gets scanned for broken links and images, and you can see where each one is.
Database cleanup
Each site’s database gets cleaned up and optimized.
Performance monitoring
Track Core Web Vitals, Google’s measures of page experience, on desktop and mobile over time for every site.
Uptime monitoring
Your client sites are checked around the clock, and you get an alert by email or Slack when one goes down.
Backups
Encrypted backups of the files and the database, on a schedule or whenever you want. You can restore the whole site, only the database or the files you pick.
